RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for providing technical leadership for project estimation, technical designs, development, testing, configuration, and production implementations. Effectively applies Timberland’s software development methodology and adheres to standards, including change management. Performs analysis and develops specifications and designs to meet user requirements. Plans for and ensures proper training and knowledge transfer to the application support group. Monitors and clearly communicates status of project to Project Manager. Provides project documents and deliverables in adherence to the project plan. Fosters/maintains good relationships with customers and IT colleagues. Leads or participates in application systems design, development, testing, and implementation phases of projects. Effectively applies Timberland’s software development methodology and adheres to standards, including change management. Performs analysis and develops specifications and designs to meet user requirements. Works closely with Project Lead/Manager to ensure that issues are resolved timely to meet service levels. Provides training and knowledge transfer to the application support group. Monitors and clearly communicates status of project to Project Lead/Manager. Provides project documents and deliverables in adherence to the project plan. Fosters/maintains good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
