Summary Description:
Use HTML, Java, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, and other Web development technologies and tools in a Microsoft Windows Server/IIS environment. This position performs development, testing, maintenance and analysis of content and applications for www.ibank.com, and Credentrust’s external and partner websites. Coordinates maintenance and development with the Web Development Manager and performs project analysis and gathering of requirements and assets for new projects. This position is responsible for regular maintenance, development and enhancements of all corporate internet website content: product and technology information, tradeshow and events, knowledgebase, statistics, and database updates. Gathers and maintains Web usage statistics and generates regular and customized reports.

Essential Job Functions:
* Works with Web Development Manager and Information Technology (IT) team members and clients (internal employees) to determine project requirements, develop, document, and maintain Web content and related applications. Works with clients to help identify project scope, define requirements, and gather assets. Perform content updates, maintenance and development under direction of the Web Development Manager to maximize use of resources.
* Perform maintenance and development for external (Internet) Web content and applications.
* Coordinate with Web Development Manager and internal department Web content owners and publishers effectively. Perform maintenance and development work to keep up-to-date information on across Internet sites.
* Create and maintain documentation for web site development, content, and project management processes.
* Work with the Sales Managers in maintaining and developing content and applications for the IT section of corporate Intranet.
* Perform design, development, or maintenance for Web applications for corporate external sites.
* Review and evaluate Web development tools, utilities, search engines, 3rd party applications and tools and identify and recommend improvements and enhancements to corporate existing development and production environments.
* Maintain a development environment for application testing and prototyping prior to implementation.
* Maintain project work plans and meet development time schedules.
* Provides backup support for other Web developers in IT.
* Participate in IT department planning to ensure successful implementation of projects.
* Work as a part of the Business Application Development team.
* Perform tasks necessary to complete performance objectives

Education: College degree required.

Experience:
Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining Internet site content and applications using Web development tools Macromedia*s Dreamweaver or Cold Fusion Studio MX. The candidate must be highly proficient with HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience with Cold Fusion MX and the J2EE architecture is a must. Experience working in a multi-server environment (MS Windows) using development, testing, staging and production servers. Experience using FTP, VPN, and terminal services clients. The candidate must be experienced with common web browsers, web standards and platform specific development issues.

* Working knowledge of the MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
* Familiarity with Windows networking environment.
