We are looking for a data-driven analytical strategist to join our Global Risk Management (GRM) Business Process Optimization (BPO) team based in Seattle.
The BPO team is the backbone of our GRM operations, responsible for the strategic development and growth of our global operations. As the Ops Analytics Strategist, you will be analyzing internal data and trends to understand and communicate underlying metrics that will provide data for continuous improvement. This role will focus on two main areas: vendor efficacy and ops intelligence.

Partner with business stakeholders on Identity Partner Management to develop a suite of ongoing monitoring metrics to be used for routine business reviews. Support Ops Partner Management in developing ongoing site performance metrics . Work within the Ops Strategy team to highlight trends within our global Risk and Financial Crimes operations. Use data to understand business needs and encourage data driven recommendations and decisions. Develop ad-hoc reporting for business based projects, new initiatives, or other program asks. Identify trends that are impacting quality and performance.
Our ideal candidate must have:
Advanced SQL skills, with experience querying large datasets from multiple sources and developing automated reporting. The ability to display complex, quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format. The ability to discover the root cause behind a metric. The ability to clearly communicate complex data issues correctly to both internal and cross functional stakeholders that include both technical and non-technical audiences.
